It was in a favourable location on the beach. And we were not far from Veracruz and the airport and malls.

The view from the room was amazing! We could see the city lights twinkling at night and it was breathtaking. The AC worked really well which was a lifesaver in the heat. Plus, the rooftop pool was fantastic! We spent hours soaking and enjoying the sun.

We had a bit of a mix-up during check-in and ended up with a flooded room. The staff quickly resolved the issue and even moved us to a new room, but it was a hassle.

Enjoyed my xmas holiday in this new hotel. The modern and spotless rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice Caribbean view. The staff were attentive and provided daily bottled water. The rooftop pool was clean and had a relaxing jacuzzi. The hotel's location was conveniently near several restaurants and grocery stores within a walking distance.

The mandatory valet parking made the "free" parking not-free. The wifi was slow and the TV signal was bad with no streaming access available.
